The eighteenth edition of the Pop Media Award has been presented to the editors of DWDD Recordings (VARA) on Friday the 13th of January during the Eurosonic Noorderslag Conference in de Oosterpoort, Groningen. The Pop Media Award is an initiative of Muziek Centrum Nederland to stimulate Dutch pop journalism. The Pop Media Award includes a sum of € 2,500.
