After Coldplay also the EBBA Awards will be streamed live on YouTube

During a spectacular ceremony, presented by legendary BBC host Jools Holland, the EBBA Awards 2012, including Public choice Award, are handed out to the winners. The EBBA Awards show includes live performances by Agnes Obel, James Vincent McMorrow, Selah Sue, Elektro Guzzi, Boy and Anna Calvi. The edited EBBA Awards TV program will be aired by several EBU Public Broadcasters.

The European Border Breakers Awards (EBBA Awards) are the music awards for European artists who are successful in crossing borders with their first European release. With the EBBA Awards the European Commission and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) stimulate the cross-border circulation of artists’ works and highlight Europe’s great musical talent. Former winners include now established artists such as Carla Bruni, Adele, Katie Melua and Damien Rice.
