Successful 13th edition of inJazz with international highlights

On 28, June 2019

On 27 and 28 June, inJazz served as the official prelude to North Sea Round Town and two weeks of jazz in Rotterdam. During the conference, (inter)national jazz professionals enjoyed high profile panels and presentations. The winner of the Buma Boy Edgar Prize 2019 was announced at the end of the conference: saxophonist and composer Jasper Blom. On both nights, a selection of (inter)national artists – both promising new bands as well as more seasoned groups – performed live in several venues.

inJazz 2019 presents even more festival acts and conference items!

On 27 and 28 June, over 40 international and promising acts take the stage at LantarenVenster, Kantine Walhalla, Foodhallen Rotterdam and Room Mate Bruno. InJazz serves as the official start of two weeks of jazz in Rotterdam, followed by North Sea Round Town and the NN North Sea Jazz Festival. On 28 June, during the day, inJazz organizes its 13th conference for international jazz professionals.

Conference and festival programme inJazz 2019 complete

In just over one month, on 27 and 28 June, inJazz takes place in Rotterdam (NL). An adventurous and soul-soothing festival programme awaits! Also, on the 28th we host our annual international conference for jazz professionals. A special focus on island scenes will feature speakers from countries near and far. ESNS confirms first speakers for 2020 conference

ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) has confirmed the first speakers for the ESNS 2020 conference. Cooking Vinyl founder Martin Goldschmidt will be doing a keynote interview in Groningen. Mojo Concerts’ co-director Rob Trommelen is confirmed for a beer crate session, while music business family Barry, Lucy and Jonathan Dickins will share a stage for the first time.
