ADE stays on top in 2024 with this final lineup

With over 1000 events, in more than 200 venues, and 3000 plus artists performing during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2024, this event remains the world’s largest and most influential club-based festival and conference for electronic music. This year, ADE will kick off on Wednesday, October 16, with five Official Openings Concerts! Check out all lineups of ADE festival program and conference program 2024.

ADE Arts & Culture Opening Concerts

The five Official Opening Concerts of ADE 2024 are called the ADE Arts & Culture Opening Concerts for a reason. The performances will take place simultaneously in different venues in Amsterdam. Which one are you experiencing?

Is it Dutch artist Eefje de Visser? She will play 50 minutes long in the glass atrium at the Van Gogh Museum. The best part? It’s unplugged!

Another performance, called ‘COCON II’, will be played by Nick Verstand & the Cello Octet Amsterdam in DOOR OPEN SPACE. It’s an explicit for ADE designed audiovisual live performance.

In BIMHUIS, legendary free jazz singer Greetje Bijma will play together with left-field artist Oceanic. The event will close with a genre-fusing concert by classically trained producer LUXE (live).

As always, Melkweg welcomes Metropole Orkest, to collaborate with Miguel Atwood-Ferguson to play their tribute titled ‘50 Years of J Dilla’.

And last but not least, 24classics will present ‘Philip Glass by Lavinia Meijer & Nikki Hock’ at the iconic Zuiderkerk, where Meijer’s hypnotic classical music meets Hock’s audiovisual works.
