Open: entries for Music in Media Awards 2026
Buma Music in Motion (BMIM) has opened entries for the 2026 Music in Media Awards (MIMAs)! Time to act if you create music for film, television, radio, games, podcasts, or other media! Submit your work you’re most proud of.
Why participate in the MIMAs?
By presenting the MIMAs, BMIM celebrates the creative talent of composers who create music for media, by highlighting the diversity and impact of media compositions. For examples, powerful commercials, compelling documentaries and high-profile podcasts. Participating in the MIMAs can mean a lot to you and your career.
“The Music in Media Awards are and will remain an important platform for showcasing the craftsmanship behind music in media. Considering the high level of the awards in recent years, I already know our jury will face some tough decisions again. I’m incredibly excited to discover the beautiful scores, soundtracks, songs, and visuals that will be submitted this year. Whether you’re participating for the first time or have been involved for years: thank you in advance for sharing your work with us.”
Maartje Glas, general manager of Buma Music in Motion
