ESNS announces 82 new artists for 39th edition
ESNS is the ultimate gathering for emerging European music talent, music professionals, and enthusiasts alike. Preparations for the 39th edition are well underway, promising an extraordinary showcase festival and music conference in Groningen. Today, the organization announced exciting new artists from across Europe for ESNS25, alongside fresh panels and speakers added to the ESNS Conference program.
New artists added to the ESNS festival line-up
Just like the previously announced artists, these newly announced artists will also join the European Talent Exchange Program. The program is designed to — for example — increase their chances of being booked at international festivals. Here are the Dutch artists that are added to the line-up:

Exciting additions to the ESNS25 conference program
The ESNS25 conference program continues to grow and grow. Alongside the festival line-up, the organization has also revealed impressive new speakers and panels for the conference portion. Here’s a preview of a few new speakers and panels:
- Keynote by Alex Hardee
Alex Hardee will share insights from his remarkable career. In 2002, he co-founded CODA Agency, now known as Wasserman Music, which represents world-renowned artists like Bastille, Liam Gallagher, and London Grammar. His agency is a European powerhouse in talent representation.
- Panel “How to Steal an Act”
This panel, led by moderator Age Versluis (Friendly Fire) delves into the highs and lows of the modern music industry. Bookers and agents, including Alex Hardee (Wasserman Music) and Tony van de Berkt (8Ball Music), discuss the fine line between loyalty and competition in artist management. - ESNS Tech Panels
In ESNS Tech experts will discuss the intersection of music and technology. Topics like innovations in live entertainment, collaborations (and potential conflicts) with AI, and more. Organized by innovation specialist Turo Pekari (Music Finland), this series promises valuable insights for the future of music and technology. - Panel “How the FemTech Movement is Shaping the Music Business”
This panel, moderated by Neeta Ragoowansi (MMF-US), will explore how FemTech is transforming the industry. Speakers include Rufy Anam Ghazi (AMRA), Connie Chow (SheSaid.So Amsterdam/FUGA), Christine Osazuwa (Measure of Music), and Maiju Talvisto (SheSaid.So), discussing mentorship programs and initiatives amplifying women’s voices in music.
