Listen to November Music’s Bosch Requiem in 5 cities

Bosch Requiem returns for the seventh time during November Music. This year you can hear the newly composed requiem in Den Bosch, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Groningen and Rotterdam. November Music takes place from November 1 to 12 in Den Bosch and its mission is to bring together the most quirky and progressive makers and musicians from around the world.

Bosch Requiem 2023 ‘Laatste Woorden’

Bosch Requiem is composed anew each time in command from November Music. This time by Aart Strootman who based the composition on the comforting reflection on life. The work is performed by Cello Octet Amsterdam, Mallet Collective, bassist Fred Jacobsson and singers Rianne Wilders and Fanny Alofs. The title of the libretto ‘Laatse Woorden’ literally consists of the last words that Jan Rot wrote before he died in the spring of 2022.
